Living in a 1950's Texas ranch: Here's my bathroom concept

It's been over a year since we've bought our home in Texas and I've been slowly chipping away at improving it room by room.
So far I've done the office/den, the hallway, and the main bathroom. As well as painted two bedrooms. The progress feels a little slow but I'm doing my best to make smart decisions and not get ahead of myself.
The home is a small 1950's ranch and has little to no character. It has seen its share of upgrades over the years and not in the best ways. The hallway bathroom being one of those. My guess is that it was upgraded somewhere in the 2010s with basic ceramic tile, grey paint with purple undertones, and a greenish/brown granite countertop that was likely on discount because the colors are so ugly.

We aren't planning on being in this home long term, so we have to be mindful of how we are spending our money. Although I would love to gut the bathroom head to toe, get a tub/shower combo and a larger vanity, redirecting plumbing and electrical would not be a smart financial decision. Again, we aren't planning on being in this home forever.
Now that we know we aren't going to gut the thing, I know what I have to work with. I've had ideas but never fully envisioned the space because I wasn't sure what my layout was going to be.
After Brett and I's discussion this past weekend (and reality setting in that I couldn't outfit this thing in marble), this design came to me:

Feminine.
Western.
1950s.
Texas.
Traditional.
I think these are words that perfectly describe what I envision.
The design concept slowly built from the floors - which I've been wanting to do for awhile now. Then came the mint green color for the vanity - what's more 1950's than mint green?!?! And then came the pink wallpaper - I love a pink and green color combo!
I've had the home depot wallpaper saved for awhile and I kept coming back to it. Plus it is extremely affordable in comparison to other ones I have saved.
The wood medicine cabinet adds warmth and will help alleviate my small vanity top.
The beadboard and black & white shower curtain add classic touches and will help balance out the pink and green.
I'm super excited with the concept - now wish me luck on the execution!
